No Refunds
Once your payment is processed, access to all purchased content and services is granted immediately and will remain active for the duration of your subscription or ownership term. We cannot reverse transactions or issue refunds under any circumstances.

In the unlikely event of technical issues that prevent access to your purchased content, please contact our support team at support@cape-up.com. We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, may offer account credits or other remedies.
